Your booked appointment is reserved especially for you. We ask that you kindly respect our scheduling policies.
<RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION>
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment scheduled. No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment scheduled.
<HONOR YOUR TIME>
If it is your first appointment, please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This allows ample time for you to complete an initial intake form along with a therapist/client consultation.
All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will still be required to pay full price. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation with a charge of 100% of the service scheduled. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.
We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
We do not offer refunds on skincare products purchased.
<CHILDREN & MINORS>
We love children and would like to provide the safest and most relaxing experience as possible. However, our office is not set up to accommodate little children before the age of 12. Minors from age 12 up to 17 can be treated with parental consent only. We do ask that childcare arrangements be made prior to your visit.
